Many of our clients have a very busy daily schedule and look to us to make their party a great success, with a limited amount of input from them. We work very closely with your venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, wedding planner, party planner etc., to be sure your party is a success.

For those clients that wish to be more involved, our Staff is available day and night to meet with you, at your convenience.

Here is a brief description of some of our many services:

Sound Systems
Our Sound Systems are top of the line (EAW, Mc Cauley, JBL, Crest, Rane etc.). Our Staff will design the best system to fit your needs, including systems for your main dance floor area, cocktail hour area and, if needed, a system for your outside ceremony area.

Dance Floor Lighting
The modern dance floor lighting of today is "Intelligent Lighting", including moving heads, scanners, color changers, LED's etc. We use the same lighting you will find at a upscale night club or at a concert. This lighting is computer controlled and is custom programmed to provide everything from very elegant wash colors to all out rock concert lighting.

Up Lighting
Up lighting is used to provide a very beautiful, elegant look to your reception room. We use completely wireless LED lights to create the up lighting. These lights are placed around the room and create shafts of light up on to the walls. We can match or compliment your decor colors with these lights. Later in the evening the lights can even be used as effect lights by changing colors, sequencing, etc. Since the lights are wireless, there is no need to run unsightly cables around the room.

Display Screens
Plasma screens, large rear/front projection screens, live real-time video camera, live real-time photo slide show, custom graphics, photo montage, and more. Our Staff will guide you in the proper choice to fit your needs as well as what will work the best in your venue.

Disc Jockey - MC
A DJ and MC for an upscale wedding is a very special person. It requires someone who has performed at such weddings in the past. They must have the ability to read a crowd, dress neatly, have the MC skills for a upscale wedding, and work closely with your other vendors. Our music library consists of music from the 1930's to today's top hits. In keeping with today's technology, all of our music is computer based.

Staging
If your reception is to be held outdoors under a tent and a stage is needed...we can help.

Sound Reinforcement
Our Staff can also work with you to provide sound reinforcement in the event you are having a Band to provide entertainment at your wedding reception. Again, we use top of the line speakers, amps, mics, sound board etc. We also provide a Sound Tech to run the equipment.
